It’s healthy to eat vegetables every day; it increases your mental health.

African indigenous vegetables such as nakati, dodo, sukuma, jobyo, Okra, and onions & tomatoes and any other greens you like are edible and very nutritious for the body. How often do you eat any of these in a day?

Think about starting a small vegetable farm outside your home compound or office and produce much more vegetables to consume, you can use containers to plant your vegetables in an organized manner and you don’t need much space for it. This way you will have enough vegetables to consume for a day and better your health.
